Silicon Power is introducing the first 400x CompactFlash card. The storage capacity will be 128GBs and its will support PIO Mode-6 and Multi-Word DMA 4 transfer modes. The write speed is estimated at approximately 90MB/sec. As of today they still have not given a release date or a price. But stay tuned.
