Here’s another camcorder from Kodak that’s sort of their answer to Sony’s Bloggie Touch. Though many users are falling for the Sony’s user friendly touch interface, Kodak decided to compete with the best for as the old adage goes ‘You can’t be the best ’till you beat the best.’ Well for me, Kodak PlayTouch is a worthy rival for the Bloggie touch, aside from it’s easy to master user interface, what sets this apart from the Bloggie is its external microphone jack, cool video effects, and the particularly a cool application for video editing. It also comes with Kodak Easyshare for easy multimedia transfer and with a new functionality that enables users to pre-assign photos and videos for upload to YouTube and or other social networking sites. $230.
