We have featured quite a few blinged iPads here in LavishAvenue, and this one is the latest and is said to be the World’s Most Expensive iPad at $1.2M. An Apple iPad in 18 carat gold and festooned with 300 carats of wonderful sparklers that is designed by Camael Diamonds, a well-known diamond company. Aside from the regular white diamonds, the company also bedecked the iPad with elegant and rare black diamonds on the home button and the Apple logo on the back.

The 7th camera of the rare 1923 limited edition Leica 0-series is just limited to only 25 versions went under the hammer at the Westilicht Photographica Auctions. Estimated between €350,000 and €450,000, the hammer came down at a staggering €1.3 million. Other highlights of the auction include chrome Leica MP2 with motor that is limited to only 10 units, fetched €440,000 ($628,000), A Leica M2 grey delivered to the US Air Force in German earned €100,000 ($142,700) under the hammer, and a Leica M9 Titan prototype designed by Walter de’Silva went for €55,000 ($78,500).

Gold & Co. of London has unveiled their 24-carat gold plated iPad 2 in Dubai at the Dubai Women’s Exhibition. The Gold & Co gold plated iPad 2 will cost you about $5,500 and according to the creator, the original iPad was easier to gold plate than the iPad 2 since all the pieces are unclipped. As you can see from the photo above, you’ll be impressed on how they have blinged the iPad 2, making it a great competitor to Stuart Hughes’ creation.
