This Audi A1 e-tron car concept won an “e-car-award”, fourth place, at the Geneva Motor Show. This car is known to have an electric range in excess of 30 miles and sports a small, single-rotor Wankel engine in a range-extending role similar to the one being utilized by Chevy Volt. Audi claims that this car can go up to 31 miles on a single charge with no emissions. It’s Wankel internal combustion engine charges the battery, when battery power is depleted.
